Award-winning producer & mixing engineer
Nino Laurenne is a founder and owner of Sonic Pump Studios, top-of-the-notch recording studio based in Helsinki, Finland. He has produced, mixed and engineered countless bands and artists during the 20 years of his career such as The Rasmus, Amorphis, Lost Society, Sonata Arctica, Lordi, Wintersun and Finntroll. Laurenne is also a guitarist of melodic metal band Thunderstone and he has toured with his group around the world.
One of his main works during the past 10 years has been the most successful children’s music project in Finland called Hevisaurus. 200 000 sold albums, 3 Emma-awards (Finnish Grammy) and several gold and platinum albums tell it’s own story. Hevisaurus project has been released also in Argentina (Heavysaurios) and in Germany (Heavysaurus) and it’s success is ever-growing worldwide.
Laurenne mainly works in his own studio in Helsinki but can also be booked for productions abroad.
